National Consultation on Eurofunds 2021 – 2027

We all have an opportunity to influence Eurofunds and move Slovakia forward this year! The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Investments, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic Veronika Remišová announced the first National Consultation on Eurofunds for the next programming period, where it invites the professional and general public to contribute meaningful suggestions and comments to the program for the creation of the Eurofund investment plan. The Eurofund investment plan is a tool for fundamental reforms and changes of Slovak Republic for the next decade, while according to the proposal of priorities of the Partnership agreement of the Slovak Republic, 13 billion euros will be allocated from Eurofunds. 

All interested parties who would like to contribute to the future of our country with their proposals, can participate in five professional discussions and in the sixth universal round.

The National Consultation has already started on 12th November 2020 with the topic: Ecological Slovakia for future generations. The next topic was Mobility, Transport and Interconnection, which took place on 13th November 2020. The next expert discussions will take place on the following dates:

  • 19. 11. 2020 – Quality of life in the regions,
  • 26. 11. 2020 – Innovative Slovakia.
  • 03.12. 2020 – Social, fair and educated Slovakia.

Professional entities such as the non-profit organizations, professional organizations, local governments, interest group etc. can participate in the mentioned expert discussions. 

On 10th December 2020 will take place the Nationwide discussion which is intended for the greater public. The opportunity to comment on the draft priorities of the Partnership Agreement is also through the form.
